Once your team is set, you may feel that our job is done and you can move forward with the established care.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Tier 2: Monthly<\/h4>\n<p>If you wish to continue with CCC, a monthly option is available.<\/p>\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tFAQs\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>May I Cancel My Membership at Any Time?<\/h4>\n<p>All memberships are Month-to-Month and you may stop or suspend membership at anytime.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Are Memberships Refundable?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>No. Memberships are all Month-to-Month after the first Month.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Will You Come With Me to Appointments?<\/h4>\nZoom or a Conference Call may be an option depending on timing and if allowed by your physician.\u00a0 Additional fees apply.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Will You Work With My Doctor?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>The goal is to have us as advocates and the &#8220;family member in the room&#8221; who happens to be a physician.
